Ginger Quinoa Molasses Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 eggs
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups of quinoa flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 salt
1 tsp ground ginger
2tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup white sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cream in butter and brown sugar in a large bowl. Then beat in egg and molasses.
Mix quinoa flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in bowl.
Add to butter mixture.
Roll dough into balls and coat with white sugar. Place two inches apart. Cook for 10 minutes.
