Sassy way 1#

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of water

2 tbsp of quinoa

1 large avocado

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp chopped onion

1tsp minced fresh garlic

1/4 tsp salt

 Instructions:

I cooked my quinoa in a rice cooker, but if you don’t have one bring water and quinoa to a boil. Reduced to simmer and cover and cook for ten minutes. 

 Puree ALL ingredients in blender and then serve with chips of taco’s!
