I began seeing a huge difference in my life when I started practicing Gratitude.

I’v read it in a ton of books that gratitude equals joy. It’s the cornerstone of joy.

It’s the first task I was given when I began seeking help for my depression. Let me tell you when you can barely find the strength to get out of bed another day and pretend your peachy, practicing gratitude is the last thing you want to do. I was asked to write down 3 to 5 things every night.

So here is my challenge. Print the photo below and write your gratitude list. Print it 7 times and do it every night before bed! If you want to infuse joy into your life start by being grateful for the big and tiny things you already have nestled in your life.
